ESSETIKA delivers products to eligible serviceable locations, subject to product availability and logistics coverage.

Shipping charges, estimated delivery times and available delivery services may vary depending on:

• Applicable shipping offers

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith using information available at the time of purchase.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be offered for selected products, order values and delivery locations.

Customers selecting COD agree to provide accurate delivery and contact information and to cooperate reasonably with legitimate delivery attempts.

We may contact customers to verify certain COD orders before dispatch.

COD availability may be restricted where there is a legitimate and documented risk of fraud, repeated delivery failures or unsupported logistics coverage.

Any cancellation charges or deductions, where applicable, will comply with consumer-protection laws.

Customers who receive a defective, damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed product retain the same applicable consumer rights regardless of whether the original payment method was COD or prepaid.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Hygiene-sensitive, beauty, personal-care, toiletry, hair-styling, intimate-use and other designated non-returnable products are not eligible for discretionary change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

For products specifically marked as Return Eligible, requests may be made within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

A change of mind, personal preference or accidental purchase does not automatically establish return eligibility.

However, these restrictions do not remove the customer's applicable rights concerning:

Once an order has entered the shipping process, cancellation may no longer be available through our normal order-management procedure.

If ESSETIKA cancels an order for which payment has already been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

For example, selected hair-styling products may include a complimentary styling guide.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:
